This experience was unexpected, especially since I had previously used Miguel's services to install several cameras, and that transaction went very smoothly. My experience was very good. The handyman arrived exactly on time. He was always polite and courteous. He was very knowledgable and if he had any questions or suggestions he made sure to ask first. He also took the time to answer all my questions so that I understood what was happening at all times. He completely cleaned up when he was done. His work was top notch.

Didn’t show for our scheduled quote…. I made an appointment with a receptionist on the phone and waited for someone to show up in a three hour timeframe.

The flooring repair took longer than expected and the problem still wasn’t completely solved. Water is still dripping in the same area after the repair.
