I had a terrible experience with Mariah. I booked through online and got an email with an address. The time of my appointment I went to the address but couldn’t find her. I ask the people inside where I could find her and they told me she is no longer there. She sent me the wrong address. On top of that I called her 3 times to ask to for the correct address and I got no answer all three times. I also texted her and she left me with no response. I was supposed to receive 3 different services by Mariah Gill with MD Studios, and it was the worst most unprofessional expereince of my life. I am writing this after being BLOCKED BY HER via Instagram after she refused to process a refund for me for a service I DID NOT receive. On top of having to wait 30 MINUTES AFTER my appointment time, I just did not feel valued or respected as a client. Worst experience. Made an appointment and she never showed. There were 2 other people who had appointments that had been waiting for a couple of hours. Drove 38 mins each way and not even a phone call from her to say she was going to be late or not come at all. Took my hair down thinking I was going to get it done. Wasted my day time and missed out scheduling with someone who would really show.
