DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC, THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU!! I made an appointment based on a referral from my PCP and after verifying that Dr Nadia Falah was "In-Network" with my Insurance, I made an appointment. On THE DAY (3 hours before to be exact) of the appointment I received a "Good Faith Estimate" that indicated that my insurance considered the Clinic "out of network" and I would need to pay $250 for the consultation. Unresponsive and neglectful
Working with md genetics and dr falah was an amazing experience. She fought for me with my insurance to get them to cover this as in network as there were absolutely no providers in my network for eds especially with being over 18. I was very grateful to find dr falah and get the assistance in better understanding my diagnoses. -kathryn madden
Dr. Falah has had a life-changing effect on my 19 year old daughter’s health journey. After 2-3 years of experiencing a myriad of symptoms including fatigue, brain fog, dizziness, and episodes of low blood sugar, periodic paralysis, and other metabolic/neuromuscular issues, my daughter was still searching for a diagnosis. My advice to those who are to this point in their journey and desperate for answers that you speak with your insurance to make sure they understand what is required when working with this clinic. There is a loose promise of help with working with your insurance and it has seemed to work for other patients as you see in all the glowing reviews but was not available for me.
