Working with md genetics and dr falah was an amazing experience. She fought for me with my insurance to get them to cover this as in network as there were absolutely no providers in my network for eds especially with being over 18. My advice to those who are to this point in their journey and desperate for answers that you speak with your insurance to make sure they understand what is required when working with this clinic. There is a loose promise of help with working with your insurance and it has seemed to work for other patients as you see in all the glowing reviews but was not available for me. Also research the genetic lab companies that they choose because a lot of them are incredibly problematic with billing and working with your insurance. Als... read more
Very kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate! Got a call directly from the dr after lab work was done asap to discuss it. And the office has been helping me work through appeals to get the visits covered by insurance. All in all they are above and beyond my expectations.
I appreciated Dr Falah’s help and explanation, and my medical concerns were addressed. I scheduled my initial appointment quickly and easily, which was great, as genetic testing was significant and urgent for my health. However, it was definitely not a speedy process after that point and I am disappointed that the testing and follow-up took as long as it did.
