Signed up for kickboxing classes on a whim here because they actually post their prices online, unlike other martial arts places. Went on a random Wednesday having never been to a kickboxing lesson in my life. Mike made me feel so comfortable and welcome! They recently added a women’s-only class twice a week taught by Lynh that I really love. I enjoy the option to buy a 10-class pass and go to whatever classes I want, as I live quite far away. Worth the drive from Almonte! Highly recommend ☺️
Today my son started, it is a very nice and clean place, my son liked Mr. Mike very much, he is a sympathetic and caring person.

Coach Mike is a great mentor and teacher of self defense and respect for the individual. He's professional, polite and easy to talk to. He welcomed our son into his classes and really made him feel like he was with friends. Thank you for everything!
