Mdfit started in September of 2017 in Sarasota Florida. It started as a special populations in-home personal training service. As a result of experience acquired in medical school- clients with stroke, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, quadriplegia and various disabilities were aided in their health journey. Words cannot really express the gratitude we have for Jared not only as a medical doctor, and a physical therapist doctor and his ability to understand and communicate with my wife who has been steadfast in recovering from an acute condition over these many months thanks to him.
I have been working with Jared at MD-FIT for about 4 months now. When I came to him in December 2024, the pain level from plantar fasciitis was at least a 7-8 every single day. I had been battling it for almost a year. My limited mobility due to the pain had seriously eroded my activities. My results with Jared have been stunning! Jared is the man! I went in there with shoulder pain that was causing severe pain during my day to day activities. He gave me a routine of stretches and exercises that essentially got rid of my pain after only a few sessions. I highly recommend working with Jared!!
