I am very fortunate to have Jared working with me since 2021. I have learned so much with rehabilitation and training sessions. At my age of 70, I am trying to gain strength and mobility through Jared's guidance. I think its so important to be physically capable and Jared designs a plan to get me there. He always reviews and corrects my form and encourages me to keep going. We also worked on rehabilitation post injury to regain function. I trust Jared's opinion first.
Jared has been helping me with my recovery from inguinal hernia surgery. I had the hernia for many years before I got it fixed and it really took its toll on my body. He has made me significantly more functional very quickly!
Dr. Caban is incredible! I went to him with severe, constricting right sided pain in my neck which paired with a nearly constant headache for 3 mos. I tried everything. I get regular chiropractic adjustments and everything was moving appropriately..I tried acupuncture, cupping, & some massage techniques. FINALLY, I was blessed to consult with Dr Caban.
