I had to change my rating. Bryan was great. He called when he was ready for our mower. We forgot to ask how long it would take to fix it. When we called to ask Bryan how long so we would know if we need to make arrangements to mow. Misty only gave excuses and made it our problem. She wasn't friendly. Bridget has always been so nice and friendly. Misty needs to learn customer service.
This is a very friendly place. They were helpful in discussing the various grills that the sell. We have also used them to service our mower. Easy to work with!
I called M&D Enterprises in Canton looking for the right Zero Turn mower and a tiller. Misty and Bo took the time to explain the different options they could provide and discussed my acreage and garden with me to make sure I chose the right equipment. They also transported the equipment to one of their stores closer to me for free. I really appreciated the effort by this local establishment and ease of purchase that you don’t get at the big box stores. Highly recommend!
Shout out to Chris Hoffman at Canton M&D. Very professional and friendly. Helped get me on list for storm shelter. Priced right and Great follow up after the sell to! Highly recommend this company for all your outdoor needs. You won’t be disappointed.
