M.D. Diamond returned my Citizen Echo Drive Watch back to me missing a button! I took the watch to them 4+ months ago to be repaired and was advised they were unable to do the repair. When I met the woman last week to pick up my watch, the main middle toggle button was missing. I found this place by chance and so very glad I did. I had a diamond that was very special to me for decades and had been wanting to have it put into the right ring, Diane seemed to pick the ring, I had in my head and the ring came out absolutely perfect and exactly what I had envisioned. Love this place!
