This facility and the doctors do a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr Wong has help find solutions to my pain and discomfort! Years of various doctors. When all it took was one who really listened to what I was complaining about. Staff is helpful and polite, the other doctors in this practice all share the same awareness. Listen, exam as needed, find the problem and the solution all while making the patient feel respected.
Set an appointment over a week ago for a nerve conduction test. My 8 am appointment was cancelled with less than 30 minutes notice because the doctor only reviewed my notes in that time prior to my appointment. Apparently, when they reached out to my doctor office and received an explanation of what was needed, they found that one part could not be done in their office. I know there is no way that they just recieve these notes before the doctor’s office opened on the day of. The front desk was very apologetic but no solution... read more
The staff was great unfortunately Dr. Rolando Amedeo was not. He needs to work on his bedside manner and explain what he’s doing especially when the patient is 86 years old.
