Great company to work with from design stage to final construction. Initial estimates were fair vs others but they took the time to understand what our budget was and what we were looking to accomplish vs 'here's a quote take it or leave it' which wasn't the case with others. We highly recommend MD Custom Construction. 3 years ago they did an amazing job of screening our upper level deck, so no bugs and a beautiful screened in deck that has withstood heavy winds and storms. Recently, Mike gave us estimates for a storm door replacement with repair to door frame and new molding plus other potential jobs. I'm new to this area, so was understandably a bit anxious about hiring a contractor for some home projects. Kelly with MD Custom made me feel at ease right away. She was very attentive to detail and worked hard to get things exactly as I wanted.
