The good folks at Maryland Custom Construction did an excellent job on my new garage. Great attention to our space and design style needs, as well as all of the construction details to make it a reality. They were very accommodating and flexible. I highly recommend Mike Bassford and Eric Burdette and their crew to anyone looking for a new home, addition, or out-building.
MD Custom Construction did an awesome job on the renovation of what we had been planning for many years. We provided a drawing to renovate one bedroom, a closet, two bathrooms and a hallway. Kenny and his crew were on top of all phases of our vision, kept us updated as to their progress as well as meeting all details of our renovation. Great company to work with from design stage to final construction. Initial estimates were fair vs others but they took the time to understand what our budget was and what we were looking to accomplish vs 'here's a quote take it or leave it' which wasn't the case with others. Incredibly thorough and thoughtful. The project ran on time and within spec. We highly recommend MD Custom Construction. 3 years ago they did an amazing job of screening our upper level deck, so no bugs and a beautiful screened in deck that has withstood heavy winds and storms. Recently, Mike gave us estimates for a storm door replacement with repair to door frame and new molding plus other potential jobs.
