purchased a Halo package while it was on sale in December 2023. I did not use any treatment because shortly after health deteriorated, time to time inquired and informed staff but no one ever mentioned about expiration policy of treatments. Even my esthetician who I have been seeing for years did not said anything.When I went to schedule my appointment, after medical clearance I was told my package had expired.
