I needed a Primary Care Physician and chose this doctor. The office visit was mostly good. When it came to my medicine, they couldn't find CENTERWELL, which is a mail order pharmacy through Humana in their system. Three times someone said CAREWELL. Three times I repeated no, CENTERWELL. I even showed them the name in big letters because I had brought in the paperwork showing my meds from the CENTERWELL website. Dr. Nguyen was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. He gave us options for the treatment plan and gave us reasonable time to make an informed decision. Once we made a decision, he wasted no time which is better than we experienced at other dermatologist offices! Would definitely recommend!
