Update: so it’s been a week since MND Roofing replied to the Google Review. And surprise!!! They have made ZERO efforts to contact us. Pretty typical behavior for this company. Never believe anything this company says. Just check out their website. Funny they have 15 pages of 5 star reviews. What are the chances of that? Update: It’s February 2026 and still nothing. Update; it’s now January 2026 and still no call back from this company. Guess I’ll have to wait till my roof finishes rotting and blows away in the next gust. Maybe then they will come out. UPDATE: when I wrote the previous review, it was in July 2025. I’m conflicted about how to rate this company. I worked with them before for a roof replacement several years ago and had a fantastic experience, so I decided to hire them again to replace my windows. Unfortunately, this time, my experience was very different. I placed my window order at the end of October 2025 and paid the deposit shortly after. I paid this company for a service, but the work was never completed as promised. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I received no proper response. Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend their services.
