Permanently closed
I made an appointment online, went in, and it was closed and no one was there! Wtah?! Looks like it's closing permanently Feb 28, 2026. Is anyone surprised by this?
Never open the hours they advertise. Always closed couple hours ahead of time. 3 times ive attempted to go here and closed every time. Never again.
They weren't taking anyone with an hour and a half before closing. Not one Person waiting. Found out later only 1 doctor on and was a 2 hour wait. Would have been nice to have been told that and not "no more intakes "
Often not there even though Google says they are open. Closed for long periods at lunch and this afternoon I went just before 4 pm (it said open until 5 online) and they were closed. Not very dependable
