Darlene is WONDERFUL. She's great with kids, phenomenal bedside manner, goes above and beyond, and has genuine concern for giving patients the best care. I won't go to another clinic in town, because she makes the Rexall clinic the best!
Previous poor reviews are correct. I walked in, booked in and was told there were 2 people ahead of me. I waited 1.5 hrs only to be told the docs computer wasnt working and nobody has been seen yet!!! Although the reception tried to help, there wasn't much she could do. Annoyed that we weren't informed sooner, I went to Ross Memorial emerg where I waited for another 6 hours to be seen. Frustrating!!! BTW why do they charge $70 for a nurse practioner on Sunday?!? The girl at the desk when we arrived felt it was more important to have a lengthy personal conversation on the phone with a friend about the up coming weekend than to do her job and take care of the clients. Unbelievable service.
Showed up 2 hrs before closing but doctor decided he wanted to go home early... love it
The most disgusting, unorganized health office I've ever experienced. Appointment was for 12:40. I arrived 15min early as directed and I went up to the desk at 12:55 to check on my wait time and was told the docter is going on lunch and my Appointment is changed to 2pm. I return at 1:45 to register. Am now told there is 1 person ahead of me!?!?!?
