Showed up 2 hrs before closing but doctor decided he wanted to go home early... love it
The most disgusting, unorganized health office I've ever experienced. Appointment was for 12:40. I arrived 15min early as directed and I went up to the desk at 12:55 to check on my wait time and was told the docter is going on lunch and my Appointment is changed to 2pm. I return at 1:45 to register. Am now told there is 1 person ahead of me!?!?!? Girl at the front desk was rude and basically told me they couldn’t help my staph and said go to the hospital. A friend of mine told me when he got staph he went to the same clinic and they gave him cream. It’s like she just didn’t want me there.
For serious situations that fall under violations of ICCPR (Article 6,7,17*,18) and Canadian Human Rights, regarding something needing to be removed IMMEDIATELY, for ENT specialist first being required, they never gave me my requisition (so I have to wait again with impossible agony of invasion) and in the end of this journey of predators/narcissists I deal with, I WILL BE SUING. I will be forever grateful to this Clinic, Darlene was absolutely amazing! As I got there at 10 to 5, and she let me in to see the doctor and we were done at 5:06pm. Got my prescription filled within 10 minutes and was back home with my antibiotics. I would give them a 10 out of 10 if I could!
