The receptionist was great, the doctor wasn't. Maybe that's because of bad connection, but he didn't understand half of what we and the receptionist were saying, and ended up not prescribing medication even though it was needed. We did get the prescription eventually, after four days, with some help of another doctor in the clinic. We also requested a doctor's note and paid additionally for it. The note was done not professionally, and didn't contain some of important information on it, like license number of the doctor.
Went there Friday, April 11th for 9AM, waited 30 minutes, no one showed up. Asked the cashier at the front she said, they are separate and not connected to Rexall. She said they seem to show up when they want and sometimes not at all.
I made an appointment for a phone call and paid $50. At the appointed time, I waited an hour for a call. But it never came. When I emailed them and asked why they didn't call me? They didn't apologize, they told me that I didn't pick up the phone... They rescheduled the call for another day. At the appointed time, a nurse called me. As a result, in 4 minutes of conversation, she made a diagnosis and prescribed antibiotics (I had a fever before, but now I didn't, I had a cough). It is just an office with no doctor. They give you a virtual visit with a doctor. I was wrongly diagnosed and pushed off to another place. I will not be returning to this place again.
Be aware this is an online Dr. The diagnosis was incorrect and felt rushed.
