Very poor performance and efficiency, very slow hangs up the phone on you and doesn’t know how to do their jobs
The worst walk in clinic, I had an appointment. Waited an hour to been seen, when seeing the dr on the tv screen. She hardly asked me questions to figure out what’s wrong with me. She then wrote me a prescription for me and hung up before I could ask any questions. I then take my prescription home and googled it and it is for some other infection, so the meds won’t even help me . The doctor that comes in person, Dr. J. Peter's placed me off work and has filled out the forms all along until this last one. First, she wanted $167 instead of the $65 paid for the other ones. Then she told the receptionist to have me see the nurse practitioner or the specialist to fill out the form. She is the one who did all the tests and placed me off work. The walk-in clinic in No Frill Plaza is terrible. It is a SCAM! Please don’t go. They just took $100 from my pocket, and I didn’t get a consult. Dr Raphael Malik is the worst. Be aware.
