My husband and I were given the opportunity to see Dr. S. Michael because our previous doctor retired, which would be fine, if we could make an appointment to see the doctor. Every time I call the number, I can’t get past the recording, can’t leave a message, I can’t speak to a human. My husband has made an appointment and spoke to the doctor’s receptionist, who let him see the nurse. I want to apologize to Dr Michael and his staff for the bad review I wrote. It was a mistake on my part. Doctors in Canada and especially in Ontario are overworked, underpaid, and disrespected as I did in my last review. I am very sorry.
Dr Michael is extremely kind and most helpful to his patients. His staff is pleasant and nice to deal with.
I DO NOT LIKE the receptionists she is the most rude and ignorant person ever to Six Nations indigenous people and tells your business to ex partner. She the reason and only reason I left this Doctor's office. HOWEVER DR MICHAEL IS AN OUTSTANDING DOCTOR. He is caring understanding NOT A PILL PUSHER but will do all he can to get to the bottom of your issues.
