They never answered their phone ever even if it’s an emergency, we can never get a hold of them. You can try calling all day and they won’t pick up. They really need to get better receptionist because this has been a problem for a couple years.
My family have been patients at this practice since the 1980s. I personally was under the care of Dr. Lummack from birth ( technically prior if you consider the fact that my mother was a patient during pregnancy) and this office has treated multiple generations of my family. I am looking for a new Dr. & called to see if they were taking new patients. i was put on hold for over 7 mins. I ended up hanging up. Being in custermer service for some years we were always told 'deal with the customer on the phone as they cannot see what you are dealing with,' at least come back on the phone & let them know you will be with them soon.
Dr Michael is a great dr my whole family are his patients And his staff especially Melissa is easy to speak to and helpful
My husband and I were given the opportunity to see Dr. S. Michael because our previous doctor retired, which would be fine, if we could make an appointment to see the doctor. Every time I call the number, I can’t get past the recording, can’t leave a message, I can’t speak to a human. My husband has made an appointment and spoke to the doctor’s receptionist, who let him see the nurse.
