They made us wait one hr after our scheduled appointment. Then we returned at the new time they provided and we waited another 45 mins. Then they told us they were finishing two more braids on their last customer, and started working on my daughter’s hair. After all that 3/4 through w my daughters braiding they admitted another customer to do “quick corn rows” which further delayed their work on my daughters hair. Wonderful service. Very nice. My braids look amazing! And they are super quick - 3.5 hours for medium size box braids! They also do my 4 year old daughter who has ADHD. They are super patient and do a great job.
They are wonderful. They do both my daughter and my hair. Love my braids. My daughter who has ADHD is a tough customer and Rene is wonderful with her. 10 stars!
From start to finish, the experience was absolutely amazing! Gladys reached out to ask about the style I was looking for and helped me get everything booked. The space was cozy and comfortable—such a nice change from being in a crowded salon. I really appreciated the personal attention. I was even offered a beverage while I was there, which was a lovely touch. The ladies who braided my hair matched the color perfectly and nailed the style exactly how I wanted it. I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you so much!
