I have gotten my hair braided multiple times by Gladys. She is professional, friendly, and an excellent braider. She is extremely gentle! It doesn't hurt at all! No drama and fair pricing. I highly recommend!
Waited over an hour in the lobby for service.When I finally got sat down, The braider went to lunch! Highly unprofessional and would not recommend.

I had an awesome experience. Great quality work and friendly customer service.
They made us wait one hr after our scheduled appointment. Then we returned at the new time they provided and we waited another 45 mins. Then they told us they were finishing two more braids on their last customer, and started working on my daughter’s hair. After all that 3/4 through w my daughters braiding they admitted another customer to do “quick corn rows” which further delayed their work on my daughters hair.
