Customer service and care by the staff was phenomenal. We spent 2 hours with the nurse, fellow and doctor in the thoracic center. They got my dad scheduled for some imaging appointments quickly, very pleased with the quality of care so far
Unfortunately we have been disappointed by MD Andersons lack of professionalism and organization during the entire time my mother has been undergoing treatment. Last minute cancellations of appointments with no explanation while you are on the way to the appointment. Layers and layers of bureaucracy and automated phone messages before you can speak to anyone, if at all- most of the time it’s just leaving a message to never be answered. I've been going to the doctors there for 2 years, and have experienced nothing less than the best in customer service from parking to all staff. I've never had a complaint. Care is delivered with a smile and no tips accepted. The best of all health care facilities.
Beautiful, the entire complex is stunning.. it's like an Arts and Gardens Museum everywhere. And the staff at every Department I had to visitbwas incredibly sweet and helpful.. from the front lobby to the lab and Imaging Technicians.. you can tell everybody loves working at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
