I'm beyond frustrated with the scheduling staffs at MDA. They often moved my schedule without calling and I have that preference set in my account, and even to time that I marked unavailable. With my husband working, it's impossible to keep up. As a stage 4 cancer patient, it's hard enough already to deal with everything day life, MDA staffs are trying to kill me quicker will add on stress, it's reperhensable!
Everyone is always so friendly and caring. Dr. Jasani and his nurses and staff are always so patient and address our concerns quickly. Special shout out to Amber at the front desk, 2nd floor, who goes above and beyond with her friendly smile.
