I was overall satisfied with the CARE but then was hit with an insane medical bill for preventative services. It would have been nice to have been warned about the potential fees so I could prepare for it.

My husband and I drove 3.5 hours to MD Anderson Woodlands for my labs and infusion, choosing this location specifically to avoid long wait times. We arrived almost an hour early for my 1:00 PM labs, and the receptionist told me I was "all checked in." My labs took 10 minutes, and we went back to the waiting room. By 2:50 PM—twenty minutes past my infusion time—we were still waiting. Let me start by saying that I frequent Main Campus as well as the Woodlands. I prefer this location for various reasons. I have only had positive experiences with everyone here, from being greeted to being seen by the nurses. I know all of the women that greet me by name (Jada, Kendall, Adela, and now Jonina), including the one gentleman (Eddie) that helps the people that need a wheelchair.
