My grandfather had been going to MD Anderson for stage 3 cancer treatment, and everyone involved was incredibly kind!! The staff are nurturing, knowledgeable, and treat patients and families with care. They always approach with a smile and have a genuine passion for helping to heal others. He is now cancer free. We cannot thank everyone enough!

I'm wheelchair bound and was waiting on a friend to complete his treatment. I had waited downstaars and needed to use the restroom. The door wieghed a ton and required two men and a boy (figure of speech) to open. It was very difficult to access sitting in the wheelchair. Once inside however, it was immaculate.
It took 3 phone calls (due to sudden disconnect as soon as someone picked up) at 25 minutes on hold per call to get to make an appointment. I can't imagine having just gotten a cancer diagnosis and going through that to make an appointment.
