For the third year in a row (MD Anderson Breast Care with Memorial Hermann) gave me the usual treatment. I paid my deductible, waited my turn, and had a tech come out and ask me about my orders as if they were confused. I didn’t write them. I’m not the doctor. However, it’s the same order three years straight. I hand delivered them the week before my appointment. Plenty of time to contact my oncologist with questions. Do they not maintain my records?
