My mom scheduled her appointment for her mammogram screening as ORDERED BY HER GYNECOLOGIST and she checked in and waited to be called. She waited 30 minutes only to be told that she can’t have it done today based on her history and needs to come back for a diagnostic mammogram. They should have looked at her records BEFORE her appointment and notified her beforehand. Instead, she wasted her morning driving there and waiting. This is extremely unprofessional.

My wife was scheduled at 8:40am. Due to our circumstances, we knew we would arrive 5-10 minutes late so we called them ahead of time to let them know at 8:00am. The spokesperson informed us that they could reschedule us to 9:00am instead of 8:40am. However, when we arrived at 8:50am, Natalie told us that we were late to our “8:40am appointment”.
