Do not go here! I have never written a negative review, but the patient care here was horrible. I was a week postpartum when my dr sent me here for a breast ultrasound - he was very clear he did not want to put me through a mammogram as I was breastfeeding, and the small lump was in my armpit. Despite making this clear when scheduling, I had to speak with three different people as each continued to insist they would be doing a mammogram against my doctors orders. Update: Ended up taking 4+ days to get my radiologist report. Additional star removed. The Good: MRI facilities, equipment, staff, and technician were all great. Dressing up in hospital patient attire is inconvenient but understandable safety precaution. MRI equipment is "newer" so the total imaging process was only 15 minutes. Requested imaging disk was available before leaving. The Bad: It's been over 3 days (Sat - Tues) and I'm still waiting on the radiologist report. Not too happy with this particular office. I originally tried to schedule an annual mammogram screening, and was informed that I had to have an order. Then they sent a letter stating that I can schedule a screening without an order. I finally scheduled a mammogram, then they wanted me to come earlier than the time I scheduled for. These are the laziest, most callous people who are dealing with people who have or potentially have cancer. Appointments say one thing and the know it all techs call with something different and wants you to do their job for them. Childish handling of a simple appointment. The poor lady at the front is probably so bombarded because they are making such a simple process more complicated than it should be.
