Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk and came out to the public sidewalk and aggressively approached the law abiding citizen and called the cops one of which looked like a skinhead reject with head tattoos looks very unprofessional.
If I could rate this place no stars I would. Dawn is very rude and unprofessional. They was she treats the employees is absurd. Not to mention you can’t get any testing results from them they have to be sent out and they don’t have anyone in there that can read an x ray.
Waited 30 minutes no other patient there. Needed a tetanus shot wouldn’t see me because I didn’t want to get weighed. So much bull
Their service is always top notch and, this is the only place we think of when we need urgent care. Dorothy, Ava, Marissa helped us today, and we are beyond thankful. They are very patient with us and made us feel very welcomed and heard. I truly recommended MD 1st if you are looking for urgent treatment.
Dr. E. She was polite, pretty thorough, and pleasant. I hope see stays there .
