If I could rate this place no stars I would. Dawn is very rude and unprofessional. They was she treats the employees is absurd. Not to mention you can’t get any testing results from them they have to be sent out and they don’t have anyone in there that can read an x ray.
Waited 30 minutes no other patient there. Needed a tetanus shot wouldn’t see me because I didn’t want to get weighed. So much bull
Their service is always top notch and, this is the only place we think of when we need urgent care. Dorothy, Ava, Marissa helped us today, and we are beyond thankful. They are very patient with us and made us feel very welcomed and heard. I truly recommended MD 1st if you are looking for urgent treatment.
Dr. E. She was polite, pretty thorough, and pleasant. I hope see stays there .
I have been there 2 times and the front desk girls were very polite, personable!!! The facility was spotless, seen both Dr. Yates and Dr. Eli and they're young doctor's with old time bedside manners... They listen to what you have to say without rushing you out the door!!! I couldn't recommend them enough...
