As someone who travels for work, I’ve taken spin classes at studios all across the U.S. and I can confidently say Benja is one of the best instructors I’ve had. They had complete control of the room, used the lighting perfectly, and paired it with amazing music and choreography. Mcycle was the first cycling studio I've tried and it set the expectation ridiculously high compared to the rest. Megan and Richmond have created something so beautiful, welcoming, and loving. The energy in every class I've gone has been crazy. Everyone who works there is friendly, sociable, and nice. It's a very home-y vibe. If you want to give cycling a chance I would say try it out.
