In addition to a being a killer workout - it's a powerful mind-body experience. Music is our mantra. Playlists are handcrafted from hip hop, electronic, and rock to R&B. Visiting from WI as our son plans to attend the U of U. This studio was an amazing mama reset with all the emotions that come with a son moving across the country. The staff and community of riders was so welcoming and genuine. The facility was clean & safe. The ride was awesome, inspiring & healing. Can’t wait to come back!
Tried Mcycle while visiting Salt Lake and loved it. Richmond’s energy is on point and his playlists are perfectly curated. You can tell wellness is part of his life, and the stories he shared about his family made the class feel real and inspiring. Great vibe, great workout. I’ll be back every time I’m in town.
Honestly my fav cycle studio in the 801. The instructors and music are on point. Got a killer leg workout and some resistance work in as well as the rhythm based fun. Their bikes are spaced out a little better than some. I am 6'2 ... those of us with legs appreciate not feeling like our as$ is in the person in back of us face. I wish I lived closer and I would be a regular. P.s parking is weird.. its a white garage in back of a salon.
I've been a regular (basically riding every day) at Mcycle for the past 3 years. It's hands down the best spin studio I've ever been to in SLC and around the country. Co founders and owners Megan and Richmond work incredibly hard to build an inclusive, welcoming environment that is both an ass kicking workout and truly a fun-loving community. Showing up is half the battle when it comes to fitness, but Mcycle makes showing up super easy and fun! I honestly was scared about my first cycling class, Which was last August. Now I go 2-3 times a week and I’m in the best physical health of my life!
