I was scheduled quickly. Everyone was professional and courteous.
Uncles appointment was canceled for no reason. We get there to check in and she says sorry it was canceled but we have a letter confirming is appointment. I was pissed off as we waited 2 months for this appointment. Ladies at the desk are nice but dont look like they want to work there.
Good provider; staff at check-in counter abrupt and aggressive… amateur. Too bad. State-of-the-art facilities and clinicians.
I advise against this location, highly! I’m treated very rudely on most occasions and the doctors though nice, don’t take me seriously. I need help and where am I supposed to get it if my own doctors do not listen? Find someplace else. Save your emotional and physical energy for someone that will listen and act.
