I have been using McVey insurance for almost 40yrs now. I know the company modified over the years and I mistakenly confused McVey Insurance services with McVey Brothers (my actual company, im told) who joined brokerlink a few years ago. Recently I had an issue, placed calls, sent emails and when I got responses, it was after months! I recently sent a registered letter (to the wrong McVey) and was called after hours by Debbie to explain my error. We're currently having issues and have been trying to contact McVey for two days now, no one answers emails or phone calls. This was in the middle of the week, and well within working hours. This inactivity by the insurance company has cost us a significant amount, and may likely cost us more unless they finally respond. I love spending all of this money on insurance just for them to screw us over. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Extremely unprofessional.

My family has been with McVey Insurance since the very beginning in 1961. My parents always purchased both their home and auto insurance through McVey. When I got my first car in 1974, of course I dealt with McVey.. I have been with them for both home and auto insurance ever since.
