We're currently having issues and have been trying to contact McVey for two days now, no one answers emails or phone calls. This was in the middle of the week, and well within working hours. This inactivity by the insurance company has cost us a significant amount, and may likely cost us more unless they finally respond. I love spending all of this money on insurance just for them to screw us over. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Extremely unprofessional.
