Started out thinking this would be great. Went above and beyond to see if they were able to get me the pellet stove I needed. Even better, they quoted me a price, far lower than expected. Then it started. I was called back and told that the quoted price, that I made a down payment on, would not be honored. Instead, $1000 bucks more was added. We purchased a stove and a fireplace liner form them. Their service was the worst I have experienced. The fireplace liner had a small issue and we had chosen to install it. We were treated terribly by staff. The staff person who came to correct the issue took the liberty of taking a photograph of water dripping on the insert...presumably to have proof the warranty was violated, the office staff told us in no uncertain terms that had we paid to have our insert installed, we would receive MUCH BETTER service.
