Went in for a wof. Failed. Had an insurance claim in as I had been hit front/ passenger side. This had knocked out the function of a fog light etc. Sam offered to speed up my claim ( I was waiting until the end of August to sort). Pictures taken, fog lights disabled to sort my wof. I chose to contact my insurers and switch to mcverry, best decision I made. Sam is amazing, took so many pictures. Within a week of getting my wof, my car is now sorted.
