This is the second time I was reaching out to this company for vehicle repairs. The first time it went as smooth as silk, well this time it was a rocky road. I took my vehicle in last November, spoke with the estimate person, was told due to parts and availability the vehicle would not be brought in until Marh of this year. The estimate person said they would order the rear fender early, try to get it painted as soon as the part arrived to cut down on time. I thought wow, great service and was willing to wait.
