Units are very clean and taken care of (no damage in them, weather resistant). Land is well maintenanced. My mother rented a unit from Tim. She passed away and he was very kind to us, he went out of his way to send us a sympathy card even though he didn't know us. Not everyone would do that and I had to share my positive impression of his kindness and character. Would highly recommend.
