All i needed was tires mounted and balanced, jiffy lube and canadian tire are weeks out too even a month, mcteer understands the importance of a traveler getting proper service, I work night shift and I didnt expect to be in the area for the snow, thanks for helping out someone from out of town, every other shop wanted me to pay extra to "get me in" faster, all other shops wanted me to wait around, mcteer allowed me to drop off my tires and rims and ill come back when the job is done, service - excellent, scheduling - excell... read more
We showed up unannounced with a small problem that Mike immediately fixed. He was friendly, and so helpful and fair. We will bring our car needs there in the future.
Had a great experience at McTeer Automotive. My family (4 kids under 5 years old) I came from the US and our van started misfiring. We did not know anyone in the area at all and we were blessed to have found Scott and the team here at McTeer Automotive. They got us in right away even with a full schedule. We were back on the road in a few hours.
