First, let me say I've LOVED Dr. Mct. Her STAFF, disgusting. She delivered all 4 children and did my full hysterectomy just 2 years ago. The staff was complaining about the billing department. Each time I went in post opp, we talked about my balance and I made a payment as they were figuring it out. Well 2 years passed, not a peep. They have my drivers license, with CORRECT address, my phone number same for 20 years, not a peep. I called yesterday because pharmacy said Dr. Refused refill request for my estrogen. The front office people can not figure out how to bill their people and get you to pay a bill that your insurance already covers. I can't figure out if these people are just shady or just plain stupid. I can tell you now, you'll want to avoid this place! My wife has been tricked to pay these people when the insurance already covered the payment!
