Inattentive drivers loaded with trailers think that Hill road in Bernalillo belongs to them and expect others that live in the neighborhood to move for them. It's all fun and games until the company gets handed a lawsuit!
Customer service is definitely not part of this company's business model. I had a trailer that needed some warranty work done. Took one day for them to say the trailer was built wrong but two weeks to get a quote together, after I showed up in person. Asked for another quote and never received that. Don't expect Mike Ramirez or Joe Ortiz to call you back or respond to emails.
The best in the business parts man is the man
So I was having some trailer problems missing some parts and some bolts apparently What over here mct industries And talk to James That man was very helpful New exactly what I needed He personally went and got the items that I needed And show me exactly how to install them I know if I have any other problems with any of my trailers.I know who i'm going to I was in and out of there within 2 minutes.Great service
