I have been training with Matt for the past 3 months. When I first started I thought I would be getting an hour of strength training per week, however it's much more than that. Matt has helped me with my nutrition, giving me a calorie target range and ideas how to achieve this, including help with macros. We have weekly check ins either face to face or online, where we can discuss my progress or any difficulties I may have had over the previous week. I have so far done two of Matt's circuits classes and have thoroughly enjoyed them both. Matt was really welcoming and explained how it all worked and each exercise really clearly.

Update: So I’ve been part of Matt’s troop for 10 sessions now. Matt has helped me build up my fitness to the point I’ve started doing his trail runs on a Saturday morning as well, like his circuits the runs are also first class. Different scenic location each week and caters for differing levels of fitness (although a base fitness is required). Circuits continue to be varying and challenging.
