Recently my kenpo martial arts school close and was looking for somewhere to train! For many months I watched the content at McSweeny online and knew this was a great school and then the time came to join! Been here a few weeks now and I must say, Mr McSweeny has not only the top notch school in DFW, he is a top notch instructor on all levels and from the time I walked in! Can't say enough good things about their kids program. The coaches are dedicated and knowledgeable about what they teach. Focusing not only on the physical and technical training but on the mental aspect as well. Teaches discipline and focus while still giving kids a fun and exciting time. If your child struggles with focus or isn't into "traditional" sports I highly recommend coming in and giving McSweeney MMA a try. They give a no cost tryout so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
