I just picked my truck up after they had it 2 months. This was the 4th time I took it in for an “engine light.” 2 days later, we’re sitting here with another “engine light” on and forced deceleration. The truck is equipped with between 24-40 control modules and we’ve replaced 4. They don’t take accountability for what they sell. It should be illegal to sell things you can’t drive, especially at a price that indicates it’s reliable. I purchased what I was told was a 2025 Dodge Ram Rebel. After I had already signed all of the paperwork, I later discovered that I had actually been given a base model truck instead. About four months later, the dealership contacted me and admitted that the contract I signed was for the Rebel, not the base model they had delivered. I publicly want to say I know the Lord sent me to this car lot. We were 6.5 hours away driving through from vacation and just so happen to stop in because I wanted to trade my car in. I went across the road to another lot and walked out and came back here. The service was fantastic. They got me exactly what I needed and worked with me until after midnight to make sure I was in a car worthy of my daughter’s safety with an affordable price! I would 10/10 recommend!!
