I met Kathy McSwane of McSwane real estate when I ask a friend if he knew of a good realtor that I was going to sell My house h. And he gave me Kathy ‘s name. She came to my house the same day that I made the phone call. I explained to her that I had never sold a thing in my life and did not have a clue about what to expect. Tell the average Fairfield resident that Kathy McSwane is your real estate agent and 9/10 will respond "good family or good people". This is a fact, and well worth mentioning. The love & respect this town has for the McSwane family is common knowledge in Fairfield, Tx. This is my 5 star review of Kathy McSwane & McSwane reality.
