Buying an Aspen Series home in Westerly (2024) from McStain Neighborhoods was a smooth process. The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and easyto work with. This builder was definitelythe right choice. The after-sales superintendent was responsive and helpful throughout the first year (and beyond), all issues were addressed quickly. Westerly by McStain is just a wonderful example of what McStain does right. Beautiful designs complimenting the scenic area. In Erie, they have kept that small town feel and family friendly focus while still feeling very modern. McStain has built in Boulder County since the late 70’s, such a great builder to have in Colorado
