Twice now I have taken my "covered" Toshiba computer in to be repaired. It is still NOT working. It always seems to cost me \$140.00, even though it is supposed to be warranteed. The "problem" never seems to be warranteed. The last time, less than a month ago, I was told they had to send it to another company who actually had the memory covered and it would cost me \$140.00 I paid the money, got the computer home and it worked o.,k. They fixed a computer problem that 2 other places couldnt. They know what they are doing. I went there with my home computer after they had fixed some network problems where I work.
