very bad customer service and poor communication and they will charge you additional fees without telling you in advance
If I can give them -10, I would! We purchased a water filter system from them, the filter was defective, called the tech to come fix, he asked we contact the company where we bought it, we did, the company claimed it is not defective and it’s fine, water filter shedding out more water than what we took from the filter. And they didn’t want to take the damage system back, neither would work with us to solve the issue. We had to buy from another company, which works fine.

Folks, I've read everyone's written reviews. And sadly I agree. I don't know what happened to this company. We had relied on them since the 90's, that's 1990's, yes that's almost 30 years. We recently had our drinking water system replaced - tank, 5 filters, the whole unit. But the water tested red zone. So after driving there several times, pleading, begging, they sent a technician to change the membrane, TWICE. It was still dirty water after the 2nd membrane filter replacement. Just had tech W replaced RO filters on Apr 2, 2024. He has done professional job with tools well prepared in advance. Job was well done within 30 minutes. I am not just lucky to have good service. Actually MCS is a trustworthy company and I'll continue to have their services for the coming years.
