Super professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. I had an issue with my riding mower and had no way of getting it to them, their rate for pickup and drop-off was very reasonable as I live in Camden they came out the same day aboit 2 hours after i called, they had my riding mower back to me within 10 days as it was only minor service. Overall 5/5 highly recommend.
5 Star experience! i brought my zero turn mower, trimmer and push mower to them for repair, granted they are busy as it is late June, but they got me done in a reasonable time-frame, prices were great, they use good quality parts and are very informative and helpful, and professional & polite. 5/5 recommended.
Brought my riding mower in for repair, nice people, very knowledgeable and understanding overall 100% professional. Service was quick (this was in early June 2026) had my equipment back in approx 15 days which is normal around this time of year, way quicker than the other shop I use to use. Michael was extremely kind and professional and very knowledgeable and their worker was very polite as well. Parts are way less then the other shop I used in Columbia and their labor rate is very reasonable as well. 5/5 recommend.
5 stars. Staff is very polite and respectful and super knowledgeble. They had my equipment (zero turn and push mower) in and out in a reasonable time, granted it is the middle of June 2026 and they are busy and the turn around time for me was less than 14 days which is extremely reasonable. Their prices were WAY lower than the other shop I had been using. Highly recommend LPE. Don't know why anyone would leave them a negative review, if I could give 10 stars I would. I'll only use this place and no one else for now on!
This place is TERRIBLE! I do not recommend! They had our lawn mower for over a month even though we were told it would only take 2 weeks. Within that month we were calling to see if it was ready, the second time we called they couldn’t even locate the lawn mower. After a month and a half, it was finally ready. When we arrived, Mike stated the total would be $162, however when we dropped it off, we were quoted a price of $90-$100. We asked why the price changed, he stated he had to replace other things.
