Emilio is an absolute Rock Star!!! He was very professional, extremely respectful and conscientious. He absolutely knows his stuff and had our issue solved in no time. It was very refreshing to see a young man who not only knows his stuff but excels in customer service. MCS ia very fortunate to have him as an employee and brand ambassador!!! We will definitely utilize MCS in the future.
I've reached out to MCS three times in the past year and a half and they took care of me every time. I'd been in a pinch, call them end of the day and Carlos would come same evening or next morning to solve my problem. Different stuff every time, but MCS have the range to get the job done.
