I would give Barbara Cohen and Richelle Newman zero stars if I could. They completely dropped the ball on our mortgage lock in and we ended up paying way higher than we should of. My husband and I have excellent credit and would of easily qualified for a mortgage anywhere. There was no time to get another mortgage bc we were closing too soon. Please save yourself grief. Do not believe a word they say. They do not care about their clients!!!!!! Please don’t use them!!!
