Good place to deliver. Got there at 7:00 a.m. for an 8:00 a.m. appointment, by 8:23 I was unloaded with signed paperwork. After reading the reviews I was excited because I originally arrived the day before about 22 hours early. However they couldn't take me because they were already backed up. Today when I went in, the very nice and professional shipping and receiving guy said they are no longer taking people early. Which is understandable. Certainly not a deal-breaker. Truckers: There is no overnight parking here. Plan your trip accordingly. The truck entrance is off of Midland Place GPS 38.042802 and -84.480884 That will take you to the truck gate. Once at the gate, security fills you in on what to do next. BE ADVISED: YOU MUST SLIDE TANDEMS BACK BEFORE BACKING INTO DOCK. SIGN SAYS IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SLIDE TANDEMS BACK, THEY WILL REJECT THE TRAILER/LOAD. Be sure your trailer tandems function properly before arrival. Great place for a prime drop and hook. Dropped the loaded trailer in a dock and picked up another loaded trailer on the yard. However don’t be like me an oversight in my trip planning led me to be two hours late. $231 late fee. Not their fault so I won’t blame them that’s on me. (BEWARE IF YOU’RE LATE U WILL GET A LATE FEE OF VARYING PRICES…..!!!!)
This is a great place to deliver. Very friendly and fast. Plenty of room to move around. Best to park before going to check in as to not be in the way of others coming in. Also check your GPS to ensure the correct way to go. It will try to take you on the highway and there isn't an entrance to get there from the highway.
