I will say this is a good place to load. The staff have been friendly when I come here to get a load. I'm only giving it 3 stars, because they obviously prioritize loading dropped trailers first and work in live loads as they can even if you have an appointment. There is no reason you should have to wait 4-5 hours to be loaded especially if they know you are coming. Merchants warehouse you need to do better as we are waiting and are on a schedule as well. GPS works. If drop and hook you can arrive early. Live unload i wouldn't come in no more than an hour early. Its a smaller place so no staging area. The gate is broken. If possible park on the side, leave room for drivers to leave. I was unloaded in 2hrs. Was allowed to park long enough to do paperwork and clock to reset. They brought my bills to me, but I did hear the office staff call a driver to come get there's. Was asked to turn reefer off for unload but I pushed back. Load was -10. Today, 4/14/26. I had an 8 AM appointment for a live load. Checked in at 7:30 and was sent right to a dock. Out at 9:30 with bills in hand… Full trailer. There is no overnight parking here, but I have noticed at times a few trucks slide in way towards the end of the lot to park. I was told night shift is way more chill than the day shift. There’s a TA and a Pilot close by and about 100 yards down the street there is some sort of a propane place or fuel stop, I have also seen trucks park there as well. Truckers: There is no overnight parking here. Plan your trip accordingly. The truck entrance is off of Midland Place GPS 38.042802 and -84.480884 That will take you to the truck gate. Once at the gate, security fills you in on what to do next. BE ADVISED: YOU MUST SLIDE TANDEMS BACK BEFORE BACKING INTO DOCK. SIGN SAYS IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SLIDE TANDEMS BACK, THEY WILL REJECT THE TRAILER/LOAD. Be sure your trailer tandems function properly before arrival. 2000 appt 1900 check in 2130 assigned door 2230 check out with paperwork Above average for a cold storage. I figure anything under 5 hours at a cold storage is super exceptional It seems the night crew only has limited workers and one of the loaders doubles as the shipping / receiving office clerk There are multiple doors at this facility but seems they only use a couple of them for outbound shipping With that being said, there is plenty of room to park and to tern around and maneuver.
