Great owners and crew.
They make promises they can't keep. They do not communicate with one another or their customers. It has been one delay after the next. Their quote was inaccurate and has gone 70K over the original. The only time they reliably show up is to collect a check.
We haven't used MCS, but we were stalled out on a VERY dangerous part of a road with a blind corner. A gentleman driving an MCS Services truck stopped and helped alert drivers of our position. If this gentleman is any example of the staff working for MCS Construction Services I would recommend them. To our nameless hero, thank you.
We needed a new roof. Brad from CITY ELECTRIC, who we highly respect and recommend for electrical work, recommended we call MC HANMER CONSTRUCTION. Matt Clark responded quickly. His crew did a very professional and excellent job replacing our old roof. We were so pleased. They paid special attention around our skylights. They cleaned up every speck of debris. There was not a nail or piece of tar paper left behind. We were so impressed and our roof looks fabulous! Thank you Matt Clark.
