I changed to MCS ClassiCare as of 2024. I am annoyed that I called for transportation to return home and I have to wait 1 hr for an MCS car to take me home. This is not acceptable for a company that is financially stable to have such poor car service.MCS you have to do better than that! An update on Transita, my second trip to Dr's appointment was a nightmare the driver after waiting for about 50 min. informed me that he had to bring one passenger in the car to Aguada . So my trip back home was even longer than the first.
