Horrible communication
totally incompetent - mcs did an inspection on my home to verify insurance work was done, filed the report at 1% when it should have been 100%; over two weeks after they said they'd send the corrected report, my mortgage company hasn't received anything, holding up my getting paid for the claim. and no response when i try to contact them. TOTALLY WORTHLESS!!!
